• What's there: Wade Trim, a civil engineering firm, has its Flint branch occupying the entire second floor, about 1,200-square- feet of space for a new Mexican restaurant has been leased, while WNEM (Channel 5) has 2,500 square feet of space on the ground floor and four loft apartments round off the third floor.
• Tours: Public tours are available 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. todayoct7.
• Price tag: This new build cost $5.2 million, paid for by Uptown Developments, the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation and $1 million from Baker College of Flint.
• For rent: Three about 1,000-square-foot to 1,300-square-foot retail spaces on the ground floor are available for $950 to $1,400 monthly. One loft remains available for $1,450 monthly.
