Uptown Looks to Aquire Former Family Dollar for New Restaurant

Language was approved by the Genesee County Board of Commissioners in an option to sell the former Family Dollar building downtown. Terms prohibit the property from being used for the sell of alcohol, as a massage parlor or any type of adult entertainment business.

The sell price was set at $219,000.

Uptown Reinvestment Corp. wants to purchase the building to locate a new restaurant downtown.
